1. Unused Credits

If you purchased credits by mistake and have not used them, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the payment record and may issue a refund to the original payment method.

2. Used Credits

Credits consumed by accepted generation tasks are generally non-refundable because compute, storage, and third-party AI costs may already have been incurred.

3. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a platform error, we may restore the credits, provide a regeneration, or issue a refund at our discretion.
